  I've seen through a local builder that they do great work and this is why we called them. Rocky came out to our house almost 2 months ago and after me following up at least 4 times, we still have no quote. Not sure why he wasted our time like this. Very unimpressed. He kept citing how busy he was as an excuse for wasting our time and never delivering the quotes he kept promising week after week. We ended up going with Technology Interiors and had the full scope outlined and quoted within 12 hours, their tech expert walked our job the next day and we scheduled install dates that worked for us. As a business owner I can't stand when people don't follow through on their word and treat customers like they are unimportant.
