  They have forced entry into my home twice without my permission. They stood on my couch to use it to access a hole in the ceiling that they may or may not be working towards repairing (tacky). They had to give me a massive portable air conditioner to make the apartment stop from going over 80 degrees because the AC doesn't appear to be able to keep the place at a temperature that I'm comfortable with. When I went to the office to ask about all this, I was shouted at by some white lady with short bleach blonde hair who put me into tears and they seem to have a problem with people actually using the pool. It's heavily policed.
